Ratios are the measurement of facial features, so what do you mean "only facial features do".

Just because you can't measure ratios IRL, it doesn't mean you don't see them. Human analyze faces in just 13ms and we evolved to be able to do so. If someone has a bad ratio you will notice it but maybe you don't know exactly what the issue is
