I unironically need skull reshaping due to my skull deformity, it's an abnormal shape, need Lefort 1-3, bsso , genio , orbital implants or osteotomy, forehead implants to look human. This isn't even taking in account of wanting to be a chad or anything, just enough to look human. My primary care doctor even agreed and sent me to a craniofacial institute on August 15, they will most likely deem it necessary. My face is literally block shaped, due to the huge amount of bone mass that went to the temporal sides of the skull. I was literally blackpilled at the age of 6, always subconsciously comparing different types of features, it was evident that at that age my skull weren't growing like any other kids, At age 10 I knew that when my eyes were bulging out of my orbitals and what I did was trying to push my eyeballs into my skull and see if it did anything, I've always looked tired and weird, some kids were saying "Why do you look mad all the time?" I think it's due to the recession of the supraorbitals which made my eyebrows look droopy.

I have trouble believing that you are worse, unless yours is genetic like from a syndrome or something. Mine is from an injury from when I was 6 falling from a roof.

Mine is from an injury from when I was 6 falling from a roof which impacted the coronal suture, now my skull is fucked from abnormal bone mass from different areas causing extreme assymetry only solution being is probably skull reshaping, meaning they will probably have to shave off the extra mass, because my skull is literally wider than my own face. I'm scared as fuck to go buzz cut and see what my skull actually looks like in the mirror, I would probably die from a heart attack.

I dont have a syndrome or a diagnosed disability, neither did I have a severe accident (that I know of). I can't figure out why my bones haven't grown properly. My younger brother is tall with good forward growth, a wide skull, ideal gonial angle etc. He is two years younger and hit puberty before me. I turned 24 recently and now is the last time I try to seriously looksmax, try to somehow get some money for surgeries. If I haven't succeeded until next year I will call it a day and hit the locker rooms, take a long hot shower. I hope you will make it as well.

yeah it's just the brutal reality that is life. nothing is fair and it's just unfortunate, only way i cope is by playing video games and shit. can't go outside and live like a normal human being
