you aren’t gonna whiten em hella with just that in a day.
Most you can do it swish it around your mouth. Which isn’t gonna do shit. Even then that’s gonna bleach your gums

You need medical grade hydrogen peroxide gel. A mold of your top and bottom teeth. Then fill the tray with the gel and leave it in for a hour or 2. Then brush with a an enamel support toothpaste after

Repeat until desired results
I wouldnt do this more than once a day
