Surgery is highkey not needed for most people

especially the insane very invasive stuff like DJS unless you actually have a severe recession (which most don't)

A lot of the other less invasive surgeries look unnatural and uncanny and it's easy to get botched.

I have Done a minimal bimax paired with smaller sized Jaw implants,diy rhino,diy Chin+zygofiller,beow and lip botox and have Done pro threads but I only posted results Abt Like Chin Filler, idk why I do so tho

Because everyone who posts about their surgereies posts on the Looksmax section instead for more engagement, which they rightfully do since why would you post on a dead section

The dude slimmed his nose, despite being African American.

It looks so uncanny. If you're going to do surgery ONLY do it to fix insane failos like a class 3 malocclusion or try to "play into your phenotype/facial harmony"

Look at clav man what did he do to his nose harmed his facial harmony a lot.

This is why people like Yael Shelbia are so attractive despite having obvious flaws insane harmony
