How it feels to always try to maintain this idealized image of yourself.

The constant suppression of all negative thoughts and emotions because it doesn't align with my
"identity"

How it feels to split and feel the utter disgust to yourself and everyone else around you.

But the highs of an ego boost is so addicting l don't think I'll ever go back to therapy to fix myself.
