The moment you succeed where they quit, you become a mirror showing them what they could’ve been and people hate mirrors that reflect what they could’ve been

The crowd never cheers for the lion, they cheer for the ‘underdog’ to stay under, because when you rise your victory feels like an accusation.
It proves that the obstacles were conquerable.

Nobody gives a shit bro, whether you win or lose. There will always be losers and winners. If you're not one of them, someone else will be, and so the world keeps turning, people die, others are born

Everyone is far too busy trying to make their lives as safe and comfortable as possible

Everyone is out for themselves, the only thing you can count on is your family, but even they can't be relied on most of the time, and your relationship with them will be one-sided, often with one side giving and the other receiving more

The guy on the left will never be able to be the guy on the right. Sure, he may sometimes think he would like to be, but that's all, just a thought, because he won't be able to change anything, so he will just move on with his life..
