couple minutes before faking his shill he decided to type something to his buddy on his phone next to him probably telling him to take the camera off him so he can switch his cup which originally had 1/3 of sugar mixed with 2/3 of milk, then his friend proceeds to randomly go in the other room right after because he wanted a "protein bar" and before going in he literally signaled kent to turn his mic off or people will hear him pouring the milk and he still doesnt turn it off and you can literally HEAR him pouring the milk down while his friend is ldaring in the store room for absolutely no reason other than to give kent enough time to pour that sugar bullshit in the sink, and notice the camera movement when he finally comes out, someone please tell me im not schizo and this really happened, i know this sugar bullshit is cope anyways but this was the nail in the coffin to finally prove that kent is a grifting lying jester who is doing a good thing by giving diabetes to the tiktokcells. Its super simple. Any carb source (optionally white sugar) elevates glucose levels in your blood.. which increase insulin which increases igf 1 which is simillar to hgh
And if you time this right you can use it to grow bones especially if combined with milk
