i saw a study that shows obesity is directly linked igf-1 well not increase but free igf-1 increases by a high margin
The study included 92 healthy subjects (56 males and 36 females) allocated to three age-matched groups depending on body mass index (BMI): 31 controls (BMI ≤ 25), 33 subjects with moderate obesity (25 < BMI < 30), and 28 subjects with severe obesity (BMI ≥ 30).1
