500 grams of sugar & bonesmashing is supposedly the key in which he credits to his accession
Its more likely to be credited to fillers & roids
However, as with everything don't hate it until you try it. I'm about a week into 500 grams of sugar minimum combined with multiple bonesmash sessions a day.
The idea behind the method is that sugar directly triggers the Pancreas to release more insulin, the result being higher levels of IGF-1 and as we know this has a significant influence on bone mass and bone formation.
Unfortunately, excessive sugar can also negatively affect the bones by preventing calcium absorption; damaging the bones strength by making them weaker.
Overall its a middle ground to be experimented with, I'm going to continue on regardless of what people may reply as I want to figure it out for myself. It's easy to consume sugar over the Christmas period anyway and afterwards I will resort to my original 'cleaner' diet to slim down, debloat and return health indicators back.
