this is the first exam i took,i use it as my baseline levels,in wich my free testosterone levels are 1,12% of my total test levels:
This is my second testosterone test,in wich i checked onyl free testosterone and is pretty similar to my first test:
This is my third exam in wich I tested free testosterone after 7 days of ejaculation abstinence, i used my previous exams as baseline levels to compare:
This is my fourth exam in wich i checked free testosterone after a full body workout of machine chest press,lat pull downs,hack squat and deadlift,3 sets and going to failure in every set to about 15 reps at 70% RM,i used my previous exams as my baseline levels. In this exam my free test are 2% of my total test,probably the % of free testosterone increased because at that time i got SHBG pilled and started to eat more carbs to decrease my SHBG and free up my test :

This is my fifth exam, i took it because i stoped doing exercise because when i did it i had sexual drive problems so i thought exercise decreased my test at long term becaue of the stress that it provokes on the body,but my psychologist said that he saw a study were at 3 week after starting a exercise protocol testosterone raised,so we agreed that i will start working out again to see if i can inctrease my testosterone at the long term with exercise,so i took this exam as my baseline levels and in three weeks i will take another.
