I did use porn when I was younger, as a result I couldn't get it up at all with any woman.

The only way to fix it was no porn + sex with a live woman.

The key is looksmaxing and losing body fat until you can have at least 1 FWB who you can do that with. Even if it takes 6+ months.
(And if you are not good looking now, you will surely relapse into porn waiting to become relatively lean)

Then with a live girl it took 2-3 weeks to reverse ED and be able to fuck normally.
It's an embarrassing problem, but until it gets fixed you just have to figure out other ways like using your hands on her.
It'll fix itself, but it can take time. Maybe less than 3 weeks, maybe a ton more than that.
