Nofap and nut pain

Im on 4 day streak and my left nut started to hurt a bit from time to time, idk why, did anyone experienced something similiar on nofap?

ye bro I had this problem u just gotta inject estrogen in whichever nut hurts and it'll go away.

ur body will stop producing its own estrogen as it adapts leaving you more masc after you recover.
