Not that I’ve been trying to do nofap, just haven’t been cooming. Largely because I’ve been sleeping outside or in my car and showering at the gym. Rain tonight tho so I’m home, bout to shower before bed, and horny bc day 8. I know t maxxes out after a week. Is there any benefit to long streaks?
