gooning everyday/multiple times a day is bad yes. But not doing it at all is far worse. It drives people to go extra ways with women to ejaculate which ends up getting them in trouble. Also you find uglier women more attractive. I stopped getting post nut clarity when i realized it was normal and not that bad. It only affects you as much as you let it.
