Nofap could actually be legit

I'm on day 5 and I'm having extremely vivid dreams at night. Like I usually have a dream once every so often that I can barely remember but I'm having frequent nightly dreams that almost feel like I'm literally there.

Do any of you guys experience this because it only happens when I start a nofap streak?

Could be a placebo tbh but not fapping is certainly doing something to my brain chemistry. No other side effects though.

Same Im on day 6 Im trying to do it for 2-3 weeks because Im tired of fapping and watching porn
