Nofap for 6 days works well for me

Im in 6 day of nofap and i feel a boost in energy but a lot of angry and sexual frustation yet, I went for a little walk for expose myself for my social anxiety and y felt so much confortable and less anxious, Is the testosterone probably.
Since the study that shows testosterone increases 45% in the 7 day, I will be doing nofap for 7 days and jerk off in the 8 day, so im going to do a constant cycle of 8 days.
