I agree with the idea that porn is bad for you since you’re watching two people have sex which is actually cucked, but abstaining from sexual activity completely even if it’s at your disposal will make you 10 x depressed.

nofap is trash but semen retention for a few days is good, i try to not nut for 2/3 days, nut once then repeat it
