Nofap is a scam because it turns you into deranged simp

When I get on nofap after 2 weeks I start becoming a disgusting simp and foid worshipper (I never act on those urges as I know Im not myself at the time) and actually start to see foids as interesting. This is bad because it gives those disgusting fake demonic beasts power over my mind and body.
