I used to have a counter for nofap that I would reset when I relapsed and I kept gooning
But I no longer have a counter. I don't know how many days I'm on, I think around 15-20 days
When you don't count the days, you forget porn, gooning is even a thing and it's not on your mind. So it's much easier.
