Been on NoFap for almost a week now, and I feel much better

My sleep is better, I have more focus, and also the dark rings under my eyes have gotten better. I also feel more energized in general, since after fapping I feel lethargic by default and have brain fog for a day or so.

I know I will break this at some point, probably at the beginning or middle of next week, but these short benefits are good at least.

nofap in itself is a cope if you dont redirect that energy into other things in your life (gym, relationships etc). if ur still rotting it wont change anything for u
