I’ve been lurking for months cuz on here cuz Mfs actually had decent things to say about Nofap and its benefits. Idc if it’s placebo it’s better to be on Nofap instead of jorkin it for the mind. Sadly im starting again but I won’t relapse until I actually get with a women. Start Nofap before its to late jerkin it is a looksmin @Debetro @asdvek help me win pls

I feel mental clarity when I’m on Nofap and I know it’s prob placebo but it’s better than nothing tbh

Gooning almost as bad as doomscrolling, only flipside is that its not as cortisol inducing nearly as much
