Thanks for the tip, i'm 17 but late bloomer so i'm still in puberty, taking 50mg per day currently and i already thought of increasing the dosage because we lose zinc when sweating and since it's summer there would be greater zinc loss. I take magnesium as well alongside 10k iu of d3.
