it does, i remember the last time i went a week without fapping
it was like 2 years ago. but anyway, on that 5th and 6th day i had such a huge urge to talk to girls, the urge was strong and i started being very active on snapchat and whatnot
i was more confident and i perceived myself as good looking
it works, but its hell if youre sub5. id rather fap once daily to keep the urges at a minimum since i value myself and wont embarrass myself trying to talk to women in my sub3 state
