How the fuck do i last longer on nofap. I cant go longer than like 2 -3 fucking days. Only 2 times i managed to get past 3 weeks. and failed right after

SRS it gets easier after like 6-7 days, and helps if u are doing something else that's really hard at same time

When I get the urge I do a plank for 2 minutes or till I burn out. This wears me down so I don’t have the energy to wack one off. Give it a shot, it’s quite helpful at times, at least in my experience.
