nofap just makes your dopamine receptors become normal again, which makes you more focused, present, less depressed, reduces anxiety etc.
every time you get an urge just sit still, dont try to fight it because youll just end up fapping again, do it for a few more days and youll just stop worrying about it eventually
youll still occasionally get urges but thats good, just stay away from porn
