Eye spacing is a flaw although not that terrible for attractiveness. Just by getting rhino to fix her wide nasal bridge would do a lot.

But compared to the fact that her face is way too masculine her ES ratio barely means anything.

Sexual dimorphism for females is so important, much more important than anything else.
