From what I've seen in this thread and your previous ones you're going about this shit the wrong way brother, you think there's some magic that will keep your permanently ascended after you hop off it and the truth is it won't. If you want permanent results get fucking metal in your skull in the form of implants or even grafts. aside from that you can fix your diet
With HA filler it gradually breaks down and you can later on add a bit more to top it off. If it ends up migrating you have to use hyaluronidase to get rid of it.
