Non surgical expander + braces 3.5 months of treatment

(Sorry if it might be gross my orthodontist doesn’t allow me to use things while braces)

Tbh my face is chubby 23% bf so yeah I started cutting 2 weeks ago and coming back to training after a year brake
I would post a before and after face wise but the changes are close to nothing 3mm over all and still my overbite isn’t fixed and my maxilla needs more expansion
