Hey guys!
I was yday to see a good plastic surgeon(that i trust because she operated a friend of mine and did a good job).
Anyway. I told her my concern which is:
-flat maxilla
-flat zygos
-scleral show because of this.

She confirmed my opinion but she said it was a mild case of both(flat maxilla and flat zygos) and she said she would inject Juvederm Voluma into the zygos and it would be a pretty good improvement and the best thing i can do about my problem.

I wanted to use this thread to make a list of the non surgical approaches to flat zygos and maxilla(it s likely to have both or none at all imho)

1. Malar/zygo implants.
2. Malar/zygo fillers
3. Mse
4. Facepulling(like indigenous swiss does)
5. Chewing?(because it makes your ramus longer and your masseters wider and stretches the skin and maybe improves the overall appearance)

Am i missing something?

Idk , maybe bonesmashing ? I'm doing boxing since young ages and my zygos are big , but maybe it's just pheno.
But for surgeries : bimax , fillers and osteogenesis in zygomatic arch

Bro I can confirm that shit works but only if you're committed. Treat bones like muscles only give them rest when they're hurting and their food is calcium vitamin d and k2

Dude on theory when bones and muscles are damaged they repair themselves just punch your face like it's your enemy

I can't find any pics from my childhood rn , but this one : I think getting hit many times on zygos made it clearly develop more , not trying to humblebrag or.some shit , just what I really believe :smonk:

be sure to be bonesmashing while being on a clean bulk, just in case, idk if it's done in a caloric deficit maybe will worsen the results

Wtf does long ramus has to do with chewing ?

Impressive results.
I believe this is the reason your zygos are so proeminent.
That and low bodyfat.

Google it. There is at least one study with a woman who chewed(they wanted to see masseter growth) but her ramus also got a little longer.

Nations that eat soft food vs hard food , this could be an interesting comparison

what's the difference between facepulling and thumbpulling?
Facepulling = pulling your maxilla for/downwards with a force

Thumbpulling = widening your dental arches with your thumbs/fingers

I understsnd that it sounds stupid.
They are still surgery but it s a whole lot easier than bimax for example.

Read my thread I just posted. Combine it with cheekbone and zygomatic arch bonesmashing and you will ASCEND MY BRUDDA

Bad idea too inconsistent and the bones aren’t designed to grow like muscle does. At best you might get a lump like a calcium deposit. Need implant or injection if your trying to add mass to the area. Also heard fat transfers are good but still have some questions about that

> cheekbone fillers will migrate to your cheeks giving you a bloated face
> facepulling won't do anything unless you do it 14 hours a day. (I posted the pbmed studies about)
> chewing will give you masseter hypertrophy causing a even more bloated face
