Bro, it is not even possible in majority of cases with SURGICAL methods. High eyebrows is like a long midface but on your eyes

Funny thing is I lowered mine.. it's a long process but itll be worth it. While most people on the forum where eye lid pulling I pulled my eye brow section. It lowered obviously and created droppy eye lids. I like them this way but if I need to reduce the skin it will be the eye lids and not the eye brows the procedure will be done

a very unpopular method could be injecting fillers on browridge , despite being very unpopular , i already asked a surgeon and he said it can be done

you inject small amounts on the skin above your eyebrows and this would put a vertical pressure on the eyebrows and make them slightly lower set
