Accutane is poison in puberty You're sacrificing bones for a smaller nose and a few milimeters can literally make or break you
Accutane will not have a meaningful effect on anything unless you megadose and take 3 digit doses for a whole year
If its worth it for you and you have terrible acne go for it, personally i dont see a reason to rape your liver when topical exists
