Anyone know if there are any interactions with this and fluvoxamine + dexamphetamine. Also just started my Ostarine cycle 5 days ago and ordered some Cialis. Hardly any fucking research about this shit online, even with a couple of the other drugs I take (naltrexone and quetiapine sometimes) there's fuck all and cbf translating russian.

Will this boost my iq, make me less autistic, make the addy work better, and fixed my fucked up dopamine system from abusing substances or is this a scam? Read something about it being antioxidative and protecting against free radicals so maybe that means I should start ripping cigs again along with 200mg caffeine a day, vape a week, shit ton of zyns.

Don't bother responding if you're just going to be a newfag retard and tell me some cope or link me another thread. all pharmacology spergs tap in.

I'm on noopept atm.

Haven't taken much yet, as my studying phase didn't start yet.
It apparently slightly uprrgulates bdnf and ngf as well as modulating the ampa receptor, while also exhibiting some agonistic traits (which is suboptimal).
Ideally you'd want something that is only an allosteric modulator to ampa, like tak653 (which is hard to come by and pretty expensive, compared to noopept).

You'll just have to experiment and assess what it does for you. Don't take too much, eat enough choline, etc.

Also nootrtopics make the most sense if you actually do something that requires cognitive power. If you ldar on them, it's a waste of your money.

What are the agonistic traits exhibited through exactly? As long as it’s not an excess of glutamate that gets released as an indirect result of ampa modulation I think it could be beneficial in my instance as I take an SSRI which already lowers glutamate significantly, but then again im not sure how it would interact with dex and the sarm. Is there anything about how much it actually upregulates bdnf and ngf or no?

Really good questions. The exact mechanism for the agonism, idk, but I assume that the molecular structure can also bind to the active site and not just the allosteric site.
If you don't take insane doses, I think the risk of excitotoxicity is quite low. In combination with an amphetamine, I'd assume it's increased, but still dose and individual dependent.
As for how much bdnf / ngf are uprrgulated, you'd have to look through studies.

Unfortunately info on nootropics suck, so researching them wasn't that much fun.
