Serious Nootropics for neuroplasticity, motivation, and overall cognitive enhancement?

I'm looking into nootropics primarily for:

• Neuroplasticity
• Motivation
• General cognitive enhancement – sharper thinking overall, not just short term focus

For context:

• Amphetamines aren't available to me, so looking for alternatives
• Tried modafinil and armodafinil but neither did much for me
• Relatively new to nootropics
• Not just looking for stimulants, also interested in compounds with actual cognitive or neurological benefits

• Neuroplasticity
  ACD-856 is the best option here for neuroplasticity and BDNF. Alot of people use this one in the background, it is good for mood and for habit forming activities. Buy from everychem.
  
  
• Motivation
  Bromantane is good for baseline motivation, it makes your brain create more dopamine on its own, oversimplified. Some people don't get a strong reacting for bromantane, for those pople 9-me-bc is good. It has some sus mechanisms but is bromantane on gear but more for reparing from stimulant use like said above.
  
  
• General cognitive enhancement.
  Alot of options here when they have less acute effects its a hit or miss and what works for one person might not work for someone else. For more longevity:
  Tropisetron, works on the nicotine receptors and smoothens your thinking in a way where its more of a soft focus. But huge downside is constipation.
  AF710B is a good daily driver for long term enhanced memory that again works in the background and is more longevity focused.
  The racetam family might be worth looking into. I would recommend Pramiracetam for mental energy and focus without being stimulating. Stacks well with other stuff and can be taken everday. Downside it that for some people it just doesn't work.
  
  If modafinil didnt work for you and you want more of the drive and focus (modafinil is mostly just for not falling asleep) then PPAP HCL is 100% worth trying. I have this one coming soon, be warned it is banned in some countries due to it being chemically close to amphetamine.
  It works completely different tho. It only interacts with noreferephine and dopamine and once a neuron fires that signal is x % stronger. So you won't get stuck in complete worthless tasks because you are stimulated, it only works once effort it applied.
  Alot of people favorites productivity stack is PPAP with Paraxanthine, paraxanthine is the "good" part of caffeine and it does not cause jitters and anxiety and this is important when taken with PPAP because PPAP can be anxiety inducing.
  25mg PPAP and 300mg Paraxanthine, thank me later.

are you US or EU based? its not hard at all to access its even legal to buy. If you seriously interested join the r/nootropics discord. Don't buy cerebrolysin and inject it intramuscular there are so many more options cere is used if you have fucked your brain up and need to restore it.

All you need is daily ACD-856 for neuroplasticity and daily TAK-653 for information processesing its litteraly being looked into for increase IQ points it is stated in multiple studies to boost your reaction time.

Then best alternative to Amphetamines is PPAP + Paraxanthine it is the most sustainable too.
