What nootropics are good for a 15 year old pre exams and wants to maximise it i kinda only want one nootropic because its to much for a 15 year old to worry about cycling and stuff im either thinking semax, dihexa and cerebroylsin or is there a oral one im not aware of?

Adderall

dihexa is pretty dangerous so wouldn't recommend it, idk why u would do cerebrolysin for this, semax is fine but would personally recommend bromantane; start with 50mg under the tongue every day and should give u a good boost for studying if that's what ur looking for

Is that not a stimulant tho semax seems more safer and effective no?

i have experience with both, bromantane works way better for me; as for the stimulant part, it is technically a stimulant but doesn't feel anything close to a "traditional" stimulant, it doesn't directly increase dopamine so it doesn't give u that extreme boost that something like adderall or ritalin would do. it increases transcription of an enzyme called tyrosine hydroxylase which is the enzyme that produces dopamine, so what it really does is upgrade your body's potential to produce dopamine. it gives really clean focus with no jitters at all. as for the safety of it, there is nothing to be worried about, it's not neurotoxic at all and you can come off of it safely after using it for a while and still reap the benefits of it for quite a while

Should i try semax first then try bromantane i just want a rather cheap effective nootropic that will increase memory and focus so im not cooked but i agree with you

yeah u could def try semax first if u want, bromantane will give u more of an accute effect focus wise so i would start experimenting before u actually get into ur exams so u know what works for u

Do i need to research how to manage and cycle like would i need certain supplements to mitigate the side effects and stuff?

ive had no side effects for any of them, also no need to really cycle them imo, bromantane does kind of build tolerance if u use high doses for a couple of weeks, like with any stimulant-like nootropics i would recommend to take a week off every quarter of the year so u can keep efficacy but that shouldn't be an issue for u if u only wanna use them during exams

of course do your own research tho so u don't just jump off in the deep end without knowing what ur doing. with bromantane for example i would recommend u supplement l-tyrosine in the morning so u have a clean source of tyrosine in ur body to get the most out of it
