Nootropics

I am starting my 1st of 2 years of the IB in a few days, and want to start taking nootropics throughout these 2 years. I need some recommendations from people who are knowledgeable / have used nootropics for such a purpose.

My grades aren't bad when I actually put effort into studying, which is why subject such as math, computer science and physics I actually get decent grades because I care about them, but in these last 2 years of studying I will do at school, I need to take all subjects pretty seriously, even English, and my standard level classes to keep my GPA high.

I want to know what I should take, e.g. Modafinil, Semax, and other drugs and their dosages. I don't think I have ADHD but have gotten slightly lazy over this summer break so definitely need something to help me get back on track and maybe even keep me on that track.

Please let me know what I should take, the dosages, and where to order from. I have been ordering skincare items recently from a supplier on indiamart, and he pretty much has everything, even nootropics, so should I order from him(Avella International) or is there any other source that ships to Denmark?

start at 75mg with some caffeine and if that doesn't do anything (for me it did a lot the first time) go to 150mg

And what do you do when you build tolerance for the drug?

Alr, and how long does it usually take to return to baseline? I’m assuming it depends on ur tolerance level but in general, from ur experience? I’m thinking of just taking it pretty much always and then use school breaks as breaks from nootropics.
