This is cope probably, but ive seen this term floating around .org and tiktok, i just tought is there any study behind this, because ive seen it my own eyes that people here grow the biggest bonemass in around age 20. for example my cousin grew 7cm in 1year as a 20 year old, i see same with my mom and aunts in childhood pics. ages 18-20 is crazy difference. it is water that u develop a little bit of bone mass during these ages, but still the difference is crazy. and this doesnt apply to everyone ofc.
