Light brown/dirty blonde hair mogs for almost every eye colour, dark brown/jet black is only truly special if you have A10's, A17's and at most A40's (Assuming the individuals in question dont have psl god tier ratios)

There arent many moggers with what I've said above so most women have to settle with the black hair brown eyes combo irl.
