Its not that deep bro, there are 3 main Factors in Looksmaxxing. Either Puberty/Softmaxxes and he was good lookin to begin with. Then there Surgery and Roids. Nothing more

He dyed his eyebrows and hairs, debloated. He wasn't really looking bad even if he was ltn before his ascension, mostly of his pre-ascension pictures were edited, which make his ascension more impressive
