Decile is the classic 1-10 rating system everyone uses because it's intuitive and universally understood.
PSL is the autistic 1-8 system used exclusively by lookism and looksmax spergs because "hurr hurr, we so speshul an clevar cos we dunt rate outta ten, we rate outta EIGHT!" (Or nine, but it apparently changed to eight while I wasn't looking, jfl.)
There is absolutely no difference besides the range of numbers used.
