You raise a valid point. I mean, the Americans (and maybe the Soviets also) mass-raped German women, and that’s from the same period in time. Maybe it’s because Japan raped wherever they went? Americans limited it to Germany, whereas there’s a list of countries in Japan’s case. I can’t deny that there was selective justice in the aftermath of WW 2, they killed the German scientists but they spared the Japanese scientists (in exchange for their data).
