Normal procedure for finesteride prescription?

So I'm at 0.5NW, and since it's 0NW or death I contacted a clinic.
Turns out they were "unable" to prescribe fin or min without taking fucking blood samples.
So well, I let them suck my blood, and now I'll have to wait a month for answers, all while I doubt the norwood reaper is going to wait.

Did you have to leave blood samples in order to get fin / min prescribed?
And when they prescribed, did you get desired medications and strength or did they just say "topical minoxidil low concentration is enough!"?

I'm not sure about Sweden. in the USA there are telemedicine providers where you simply send pics of your hair and tell them you're balding and they prescribe and send you fin. One is called Apostrophe, but only work in the U S of A.
