I have normal skin and my current skincare routine has been

1. Hydrating Foam Oil Cleanser CeraVe
2. Moisturising Cream CeraVe

What should I add I want to get rid of hyperpigmentation and get shiny clear skin too recommend brands too

Use sunscreen in the morning.
I use beauty of joseon (korean). It has no smell, no whitecaste and is very light weight.

At night, use Retinol, and if you can, get something like tret.
Cera Ve Resurfacing Retinol is good for starters.
Moisturize.
