Normal wingspan/height at 14?

I'm 5, 9 and have a 6, 8 wingspan is this good for 14 and how can I maximize my height before my growth plates close?

hop on HGH and some form of androgens, also sleep and do exercises that decompress and recompress the spine like jumping on a trampoline or smth idfk
