Just stop talking to them about this. If they are not interested about improving they just gonna think that you are the weird one for trying to, there is no point trying to convince them.

About the HGH I have to say that you have to really know what you are getting yourself into and be well studied or you can end up diabetic, having a heard decease or even dying. Be smart about it and don't hesitate to seek advice from a doctor.
