If you are around the median of attractiveness, I think trying all the traditional copes before surgery is still a must. You don't know shit about your face till you have been at 9-10%bf debloated (Assuming you aren't subhuman).

Prime examples are literally almost all celebrities. Almost all have gotten implants. Even the best ascensions in this forum ( @Salludon ) just ascended with implants ( he had a good base, if you dont have a good starting point you'll need more surgeries ). If you truly want to looksmaxx just get your money right and then go visit/get a known surgeon and get yourself an appointment

Extra advice i could give you from personal experience its always better to get surgerie outside america ( if you live in usa ) its always more expensive because of hospital bills depending on what surgeries you get. Best places to go are Rome and Turkey.
