Normie trait: drinking coffee/stimulants alongside their meals instead of wisely ingesting them on an empty stomach

This is something I have noticed. Normies drink coffee along with whatever shit they eat during breakfast, lunch, etc. The same goes for CNS stimulants like adderall and such. Normies eat first and then they take those pills. When you're not a normie, you are very observant of your body and you know all the mechanisms of action for the drugs/supplements you ingest. You know what potentiates them and what hinders their absorption. Because you are not like the others, you meticulously organize your daily meals around your stimulant intake and not just toss it all into your stomach like its a vat that churns everything in the same way.
