Normies aren't made for leadership. They can't think for themselves, and without someone smarter telling them what to do, they're fucking useless. I've seen it firsthand: put a normie in charge and shit falls apart. They can't make decisions, they can't solve problems and they certainly can't lead. Someone has to fucking hold their hand and tell them what to do.
Normies are made to follow, not lead. That's why when they somehow end up in leadership positions, it's a disaster, ineffective, clueless, and fucking slow. This is what happens when you put a normie in charge. They fumble around because they don't have the brains to make decisions. They're just instruments. The system survives because there are always a few smart people behind running the shit.
With AI and gene editing in the future, normies will have even less of a role. AI will control most things, and intelligent people will keep the machine running. Normies will just do their part, following, because that’s all they’re good for. They’re not even cogs in the machine, they are insects, each one replaceable, and that’s where they fucking belong.
