I can’t get more than a total of 3 inches out of my timberland boots before it becomes extremely uncomfortable. That’s including the boot itself. The posture change is also really undesirable.

Maybe it’s better with purpose made boots with platform soles rather than these wedge shaped inserts that essentially make it like wearing heels.

But in my shoe size 12 there are no height increase shoes available.
