Most Kazakhs living in China are either from the Kerei tribe or the Naiman tribe, the Naiman tribe has signifcant Y-DNA O2, which is a north Chinese haplogroup.
Naiman Kazakhs are often descendants of Turkified Chinese.
Historically the majority of Manchus had Y-DNA C2, but today it is O2.
Most Chinese Mongols are O2 as opposed to the C2 dominated Mongols of Mongolia
