It’s Scandinavians. West Africans might be more athletic than some Europeans, but not Scandinavians. The immigrants in Norway and Sweden haven’t taken over the team like they have with England, France, etc. And Norway and Sweden have much smaller populations than most European and African countries so on a per capita basis that they’d even rank so high and make the tournament is impressive, let alone beat these countries (Senegal, Ivory Coast, Brazil) with several times their population.
